Keynote Speaker

We are pleased to welcome Professor Timothy Power, Assistant Professor of Classics at Rutgers University, to deliver this year's keynote address.

Prof. Power received his BA degree from Yale College and his PhD from Harvard University. He joined the faculty of Rutgers University in 2008. His interests range from Greek lyric poetry and performance, Athenian drama, music and meter. His publications include The Culture of Kitharoidia (2010), "Kyklôps Kitharôidos: Dithyramb and Kitharôidia in Play" (2013), and "Another Look at Female Choruses in Classical Athens" (2015).
